The Mt. Diablo Branch received its charter
on June 6, 1987. Our current membership totals about 120, most
of whom have published. Their areas of endeavor include the novel,
short
stories, nonfiction, poetry, play- and screenwriting, journalism and
more.
Most of our membership live in Contra Costa County and we have members
in Alameda and Sonoma Counties as well.
The
club
has a luncheon meeting on the second Saturday of the month (except July
and August) at 11:30 a.m. Meetings last till about 2:00 p.m. The place

editors and agents to successful
novelists, writers of nonfiction, playwrights, even an occasional poet.
Ample question and answer time is allowed for all who want to join in.
